We thank you for choosing Wahaj Store to purchase your favorite products and we are pleased to serve you.
Sometimes you may change your mind regarding the products you purchased, no worries. We are here to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible according to the following conditions:
This policy applies if the product is in its sealed packaging and in its original condition at the time of return, within 3 days from the date the order arrives to the customer.
Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item within 3 days of the order reaching the customer, provided that the customer contacts the store through one of the available means in the store.
The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the return or exchange procedures.
The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason and at any time without returning to the customer or obtaining approval to cancel the order.
Before approving the order, we may ask you to provide additional information or confirmations.
If you are dissatisfied with the product due to a defect that occurred during shipping or if you received a different product from your order, all you need to do is contact customer service or WhatsApp at the phone number 966569691316, or send an email to
[email protected], while keeping the product unused, in good condition, with the attached tags intact, and the original packaging undamaged.
The customer bears no costs for the exchange or return if the product is damaged during shipping or if the product is not what was requested. In such cases, contact us via customer service or one of the available communication channels, and an appointment for product pickup will be scheduled.
If the customer wishes to return the order, it must be returned within 3 days from the date the order arrives to the customer, in its original condition, and the customer bears the shipping fees as specified in the purchase invoice.
If the purchase amount was paid via one of the electronic payment methods (Visa – Mada – MasterCard), after the order reaches us and the product’s integrity is verified, the amount will be refunded to the same account within the period specified by the bank, which is from 7 to 14 working days if paid via Visa or MasterCard. If paid via Mada, the transfer will be within 48 hours, which is the period set by the bank.
Pricing Information:
We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services with incorrect prices on the website due to an error. In such cases, we will notify the customer via email or any available communication means about the error, and the order will be canceled.
Additionally, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to correct the price error to the full authorized prices.
Payment Policy:
Prices include applicable VAT on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices of products offered by Wahaj Store for sale on the website.
Wahaj Store handles product delivery through available shipping companies within Saudi Arabia.
According to our estimate, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to eight (8) working days starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your location. The period may be longer due to delays caused by shipping companies, which is outside our control.
